No change for a network connection.
Did you check in the menu if the network path was ok ? Could you check it ?
An other way may be gamelist corruptions, but on all systems except MAME would be quite strange.

I just spent the whole morning trying to figure this out. I don't understand it!!!

I currently have a LibreELEC (kodi OS) and it lists the VFS add ons. If I install kodi in Ubuntu via the kodi repo, I also can apt-get kodi-vfs-fstp and then it is listed in the add ons. This also works via an Ubuntu based Raspberry pie setup.

All that said, recalbox has been the best for actuall retro gaming, but I need to be able to add both sftp and a web browser to kodi.

As I said, this works fine via LibreELEC, but kodi gaming sucks. I have been unable to load the add ons. I found the zip file downloads, but they ALL gave the same error. Somthing about the wrong layout or somthing.

Exact, missing bios are 'missing' because they are copyrighted. You can only play with Google to find them (try with the bios name and their MD5).

PC Enigne, MSX, MAME and so on, are well known system, everyone knows.
Google will return thousands of sites talking about those machines, with tons of information and... list of games!

If you don't even know what's MAME or what's a PC Engine, I'm seriously wondering what you're doing with a Recalbox.

I had to re-control everything, the wiring file had nothing to do with the received Xin-mo (commissioned in February 2019)!
I create my own file for.. do not forget!

@realbenhoward ahh on, the ALT+F1 menu then ;). This is definitely related to the need of b*mping a few stuff. So you´ll need to be paitient and wait a bit.

@rk-aus-s What is your Hardware (Rpi0,1,2,3,3 + / PC32,64)?
Which version of your Recalbox (the number of version please, "the newest version", "the latest version" is not a clear information)
Did you even create your Recalbox image, or downloaded a "ready image", or bought an image?

I think you should check the trash bin.
Might be there you will get your deleted files.

I'm on my pc using usb bootable key.
I have :

in the menu, sometimes it would hang for few seconds (no possibility to go up or down or push any button). some times i press a button or a direction on the pad nad it crashes and displays a black screen with "Loading REcalbox" which never ends.

I never had that with the previsou version. I tried two different usb keys with fresh install on two different computers.
