Retroarch: Can't find the "per core" setting?

Hi

I use Recalbox newest Version which (obviously) comes with Retroarch 1.7.3.

I remember, that in earlier days, I could in Retroarch do settings "per core" and "general". Today, I'm missing this options?

Am I wrong? Or are they vanished?

@rk-aus-s What is your Hardware (Rpi0,1,2,3,3 + / PC32,64)?
Which version of your Recalbox (the number of version please, "the newest version", "the latest version" is not a clear information)
Did you even create your Recalbox image, or downloaded a "ready image", or bought an image?
