Hello @Greg this is great to hear you found the MAME 2003 plus DAT file; Sometimes, files might not be visible or accessible directly from the SD card due to permissions or mounting issues.
When accessing files over a network, the file system might present a different view compared to direct SD card acces; This could explain why you didnt see them initially.

@matthewbegg there is no vibrations / rumbling for now on recalbox.

For analog controls you have to activate them during game in retroarch menu (if I remember right, they are not activated by default because some early games won't start with analog controllers)

Te recomendaria que descargas la imagen directamente del la pagina de recalbox no utilices imagen NOOBS para la instalacion o doble boot en lo personal me dio muchos problemas.

Sobre lo que comentas que no te es posible ni conectarte por usb el control intenta con otro cable puede ser eso.

Si ya tienes conexion por usb pero sigues sin poder conectar por bluetooth entra por ssh el usuario: root password: recalboxroot conecta tu contro por usb y ejecuta este comando sixpar debes de ver algo asi

@sylvester Yes it's true, but extremly negligible.
As RPi3 is powerful enough to provide a (very) correct 16bits emulation, I bet you won't be disturbed by anything.
