Solved, version 20.3.5 is for Kodi 20. You won’t be able to install it on current Kodi (version 19.5).

You need to wait for the devs to update it 🙂

@olivernoah Thank you for your answer and for your encouragement. You are the only one has answered me and gave a path to resolve my problem. In Batocera forums I've not such luck.
By now I've got working the Realtek RTL2832 DVB device: I've noted that .ko files needed (included module dependencies) I use from another distro with upper kernel release are valid in an environment with a lower kernel release (6.x). In fact this should be fine for TBS device but althought I compile against the Batocera kernel release it cannot load the module due to several issues related with symbols and kernel versions I'll troubleshoot later.
With a problem solved next I do is run NextPVR backend. It does with an specific .NET runtime for Linux and it runs fine and can discover DVB devices but it lacks of many software dependencies like libraries and dtv-tables to fully work. These dependencies could be installed from pacman but it shouldn't be like this (documentation also points this) and it "floods" the entire system with files and libraries that could be not necessary.
I'm searching for more self-contained PVR backend solution.
Of course nothing of these could be possible without the overlay system.
I'm keeping look for ... I think the solution for Batocera will be the same for Recalbox.

On kodi it's possible but somme addons not work.
On the other hand on recalbox everything is frozen impossible to add a core.
Because recalbox is a full-fledged OS, and a lot of library linux does not exist

Le Kodi version recalbox n'est clairement pas ce qu'il y a de mieux.
perso après trop de galères, sur des plantages, des plugins impossible a faire marcher, l’impossibilité de le mettre a jour ....
j'ai arrêté de l'utiliser et j'ai une autre carte SD avec LibreELEC installé dessus.
et je switch suivant les besoins.

Le pack French ne s'installe pas non plus sur ma Recalbox 8.1 32bits / rpi400.
J'ai choisi la version 32bits car Widevine CDM ne fonctionne pas sur un rpi en 64bits. Donc impossible de regarder certaines chaines TV françaises gratuites comme M6 avec Kodi/Recalbox en 64bits.
Je pense que la solution est d'utiliser un OS conçu pour le but recherché.
Càd, si on veut Kodi sur un rpi, alors c'est LibreELEC le meilleur. Si on veut "rétro-jouer", Recalbox ou Batocéra sont conçus pour ça.
Et pour faire fonctionner les 2 OS sur le même rpi, il y a PINN.
D'accord, ça veut dire multiboot-er... mais au moins, on a le meilleur dans son domaine.
