But I did order a new 64GB SD Card from Amazon. I used the same adapter from my prior experience. I got it to work, but for others who were in my position and would like a step by step this is EXACTLY what I did:
Insert the SD Card into the adapter and then the adapter into the computer. I made sure Win 10 could recognize it and verified that the format was ex-FAT.
@Zing Thanks, very useful video. I did not understand that with Recalbox the recommendation is to use external USB. Now that I know this I will start with a fresh installation and add external storage and then load the roms directly to that.

Si estan actualizando desde la version 7.0 hacia la 7.0.1 desde Recalbox, cuando reincia el sistema se queda en pantalla negra.. esto se debe a que el upgrade escribe nuevamente el achivo cmdline.txt y se debe cambiar nuevamente la linea :
Ocurre que el upgrade de Recalbox no detecta que esta ejecutandose desde una memoria USB y asume que va siempre desde un SD Card
Não tenho tempo para fazer um tutorial para você, mas tenho certeza que se você procurar no YouTube, vai achar diversos vídeos sobre isso, há bastante conteúdo sobre Recalbox no Google e no YouTube, muitas dúvidas já foram tiradas aqui no fórum também, então use a ferramenta de pesquisa do fórum que também será útil.
@petro Sorry to insist, but you have not made it clear whether you checked the BIOS version in Recalbox MANAGER, or how you did it.
Also, what is your version of Recalbox? What is your hardware? Did you build your Recalbox yourself, or did you download a ready-made image from the internet?
You are right: the link was just for you to know which BIOS version to use, BIOS and ROMS are copyrighted, so its distribution is illegal, and against the forum rules.
