Simplified process:

Take .mcd file (its the whole memory card file from fpse) Use MemcardRex and open it. Save As with .mcr format. Now name it to the exact rom name with .srm format
And it should work.

@Zing Thanks, very useful video. I did not understand that with Recalbox the recommendation is to use external USB. Now that I know this I will start with a fresh installation and add external storage and then load the roms directly to that.

Nevermind, I found it. The combination is SELECT + L3 (Push in left stick) and X for the menu where you can save/load and so on.

Não tenho tempo para fazer um tutorial para você, mas tenho certeza que se você procurar no YouTube, vai achar diversos vídeos sobre isso, há bastante conteúdo sobre Recalbox no Google e no YouTube, muitas dúvidas já foram tiradas aqui no fórum também, então use a ferramenta de pesquisa do fórum que também será útil.

@ezav the emulator should behave like the original console. No need to restart anything to make in-game saves work or similar.
I’d try on a different console (like snes) and check if your saves are stored. Otherwise the problem must be elsewhere.

@emuemu Strano, per me non riesco proprio a cancellare il BIOS che non ho, l'icona bin è inattiva solo quando non ho il BIOS.
Indipendentemente da ciò, è possibile eliminare o sostituire il BIOS direttamente nella cartella SHARE \ BIOS, non è necessario farlo da Recalbox Manager (solo per confermare che il BIOS viene riconosciuto che deve essere il Recalbox manager).

Pour la version europe j'en ai pris plusieurs de plusieurs site, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
propose même la rom en français directement, mais aucune ne fonctionne, bloque toujours au même endroit, le check de la memory stick, du coup j'ai test 2 roms US et les deux fonctionnent.

regarde si /system/configs/retroarch/retroarch-cores-options.cfg
sinon -es tu sûr stockage amovible ? clé usb ? disque dur externe ?

@km782 I have used 64 Gb SD Cards with the Rock64 and Rockpro64 without any issues in the past. Sure you bought yours from a reliable store?
Anyway, I’d rather recommend yo use an USB Stick to store your roms instead of using a high capacity SD Card.

j'avais ce probleme, vu l'ancienneté du post je ne reponds pas à l'auteur mais plutot au futur gens de passage cherchant à resoudre ce pb.
Donc l'origine du probleme vient du fait que sur playstation si on redemarre le jeu via la commande select + O ca envoi sur ce menu et on ne peut pas en sortir.
Si on sort via select + start et que l'on a la sauvegarde/ chargement auto quand on relance le jeu -> ca charge auto dans la derniere position : dans ce menu à la con.

2 Solutions :

1- on enleve la sauvegarde auto le temps de jouer à ce jeu, ca le lance sans charger la save de ce menu
2 - on va dans le dossier save de recalbox et on supprime la sauvegarde du jeu b****r

En esperant avoir aidé le prochain à rencontrer ce pb

oui 512 cpu/système et 512 gpu
pour la n64 ça dépend des jeux. Des basics genre super mario 64, mario kart etc... ça tourne bien.
il faudrait une archive de support pour regarder ta config.
