@ryhawa Either there is a problem with your installation, or with your SD card or USB stick (you did not specify your hardware).
I recommend re-installing Recalbox, do a clean install from scratch, wait for the first boot to the end, and test.

I think you should check the trash bin.
Might be there you will get your deleted files.

@jelmeier maybe the roms are too huge. Try another way to transfert them (windows network, winscp, ...)

@Stevelande Hab einfach mit XML Scraper von sceech alles neu gemacht. Aber es ist auf jeden Fall ein Fehler der nicht sein sollte. Hoffentlich ist der Fehler bei der nächsten Version nicht mehr. Und das Roms einfacher zu installieren sind 😕

@tdelios It don't think it wise it would mean that everytime you make a error in your manual scrape your image and gamelist.xml part related to the not found game would be deleted and you would have to do it all over again.
Besides as not found games don't appear in EmulationStation and images are so small compared to modern SD cards, USB sticks or HDD it's not really an issue.

It's also simpler to do your scrape once you have manually remove every game you didn't want than doing before
