Right now, I have compiled only debug version for Windows in the GitHub. I have some issues compiling release version. As for MacOS and Linux, you will have to build the project from Android Studio. I will try to provide executables later on in the release section of my github.

Le fichier gamelist.xml est généré et modifié automatiquement par ES, ou part un scrapeur si tu scrappes tes roms. Il sert à donner des information à ES pour les snaps, vidéo, texte, nombre de parties etc... Il n'y a donc aucun fichier tout fait puisqu'il dépend des jeux que chacun possède.
Je te déconseille très fortement de le modifier manuellement. Il est bourré de balises et tu vas le corrompre.
Que comptais tu en faire ?

@ryhawa Either there is a problem with your installation, or with your SD card or USB stick (you did not specify your hardware).
I recommend re-installing Recalbox, do a clean install from scratch, wait for the first boot to the end, and test.

Je viens de refaire un essai avec d'autres réglages pour l'AmigaCD32...
Tout est de ma faute....
Je n'avais pas vu que dans l'onglet "medias", si on sélectionne (par exemple) l'image d'un boitier 3D, les réglages en dessous ne valent que pour ces boitiers....
Si on sélectionne "videos", les réglages en dessous ne valent que pour les vidéos également....
Et comme un abruti, j'avais coché pour certain:
Lien avec la liste/Aucun/ Un fichier media par Roms
Et d'autres: Lié à partir du noeud vidéo....
Bref, j'ai foutu mon bordel tout seul, comme un grand 🙂

Hi all,
As touched upon in one of my earlier posts, I was intending to use "ken rename" to bulk rename the game files and the associated image files, then do a "search & replace" in the xml file to refer to the new file names.

Thankfully, nexusone13 tested my files and had the exact same problems as myself, and renamed the files for me, removing the 3 spaces in each file name.

This seems to have done the trick - it looks as if it was the spaces causing the issue and not the "STE" in the filenames.

To be honest, I wasnt sure it would be the STE causing the issue, as there are games out there that have those letters in the file with no problems (eg any game with the word "step" in the title).

Anyway, with the 3 spaces removed, I have booted up the ST emulator, played games, reset the Pi, shut it down, did a quick shut down as well, put the usb stick in my PC and booted up ARRM, and........everything now seems fine !

Thanks for replying. That's fine as long as there's nothing to worry about. It just struck me as odd that there'd be this error after playing when opening the gamelist. Like I say I didn't see it on the last release and thought it worth mentioning, but if you're saying it's all good, that's good enough for me. 🙂

FWIW the scraping for this particular system was done some time ago via Skraper and I'd been manually editing it to trim the collection down to something more suited to the Pi. I thought it was my error at first but noticed the same thing on other systems I wasn't manually editing.

Solved it seems universal scraper wasn't properly killing ES, after using /etc/init.d/S31emulationstation stop, I was able to scrape just fine
