@jor2404 Recalbox 4.0 is compatible with GFE3.1 max, you should downgrade. Recalbox 4.1 (which is currently in public testing) is good to go with the current version of GFE

@finncyr oh d**n ... You can't add it by yourself as it requires gcc, and gcc is not included in Recalbox. I'll have to read through the script you provided and see if the setup can be avoided

@Substring I have tried the integer scale option but didn't notice any difference. I'm not sure what you mean by "ingame resolution". I'm not aware of any settings once I am in a rom. I tried setting 4:3 on SNES emulator specific options though but also didn't work. I noticed that setting it to 16:9 makes it look better, but it seems like a hack and might be missing some resolution off my screen.

that's a fix we could include if it's a core option

As pointed by @Substring in other thread the following is fixing the issue 🙂

•retroarch squares : there is a workaround : just remove ~/configs/retroarch/retroarchcustom.cfg Recalbox will regenerate it with the proper values. People using custom configfiles should add the value manually. Might be solved with a retroarch b*mp, no idea

Nope, it can't.

I had similar issue and I did a full re-install of Recalbox. I have all my games and configuration in an external WD Element HD connected to the RPI3 via USB. The good thing of this you don't need to mess about moving games and conf to the SD. All the configuration is inside the external HD. So, when reinstalling, you don't need to worry about the SD. Just reinstall and select the external HD as your preferred storage and all your roms and configuration will be there.
