Solution exists: in RECALBOX partition, replace file recalbox-user-config.txt by version you can find here:

Problème resolue.
C la manette que je parametrais mal. J'avais dérégler par faute d'inentation et je faisais mal la reprogramation des touches.
Absolument out est rentré dans l'ordre.
