update: now it is definitely working, I had to adjust the screen size to 240p. My problem now is that the image is not well resized, maybe i should try some overscan options. Will look.

@basic Je vous recommande de le tester avec la version 8.0 BETA et si cela ne fonctionne pas non plus, signalez-le dans le fil officiel, afin que les développeurs puissent évaluer :

Note: the last two lines in the recalbox.conf appeared as two lines on this forum but is actually one single line.

Please read the wiki before asking 😉 https://github.com/recalbox/recalbox-os/wiki/TFT5-Screen-HDMI-(EN) just adapt the resolution to your 7" screen to 1024 600.

@dinovore it's hardly possible and kind of complicated to set up as it would work with HDMI TV's you've manually setp inside Recalbox
