@bguezet En fait j'ai aussi trouvé des cheats permettant 30 FPS avec la version UCES01401 de ghost of sparta. Mais je ne sais pas si je peux donner des cheats code sur ce forum donc tu peux trouver facilement sur Google avec le bon numéro de rom ( et trouver la bonne rom).
IMPORTANT : pour que les cheats fonctionnent, ne pas charger une partie par la sauvegarde de l'émulateur mais par un sauvegarde "normale" du jeu. Ou recommencer depuis le début.

@ark-0 Quelle est votre version de Recalbox (dites aversion, ne dites pas "la dernière") ?

In my humble opinion, there is a issue related to the videomode or even the memory, but I'm not getting the point.

I'm not a developer, but, as far as I understand, you're right, the PPSSPP usually has problems with the videomode and the lack of memory, but an RPi4 with 2gb of memory already has enough memory for that, so, the problem in this case it must be the videomode.

As output I use a Samsung TV Series6 4K by HDMI.

Rpi4 has a known bug in the detection of 4k TVs, it will be fixed in the next version:
https://gitlab.com/recalbox/recalbox/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md

Since your TV is 4k, I believe your problem is directly related to this.
I recommend you be patient and wait for the next version.

Another solution is to place a single cheat.db file in the folder:
R:\recalbox\system\configs\ppsspp\PSP\Cheats
(R: this is the letter of the usb key that I connect to my Rpi when connected to my computer)

The file can be found on the following github:

(it's the same file described in the video above)

Then the approach in PPSSPP remains the same as described in the video
