I solved it fully ! 💪
I have redone the wiring using the attached schema.

After that, in the menu confirmed the mapping for player 1 and player 2.

I assigned Hot Key for player 1 to L2, and R2 for player 2.

After that it worked well, except the player 1 and 2 were swapped for an unknown reason, and even in the paf conf menu it changed nothing (a bug?).

to solve it I modified the recalbox.conf from:

emulationstation.pad1=03000000c0160000e105000001010000:Xin-Mo Dual Arcade emulationstation.pad0=03000000c0160000e105000001010000:Xin-Mo Dual Arcade

to:

emulationstation.pad0=03000000c0160000e105000001010000:Xin-Mo Dual Arcade emulationstation.pad1=03000000c0160000e105000001010000:Xin-Mo Dual Arcade

Ok merci. C’est sur le on que j’ai un comportement bizarre. Et je pensais que le on allumait et laissait le rasp allumé et que le off éteignait correctement Recalbox et mettait le rasp en veille. Mais la il faut un appuie puis un deuxième appuie sur le on/off pour le mettre en veille.
Sur mon on, j’ai un dual boot Raspi an pixel et Recalbox dans le menu, c’est peut être cela qui fait qu’il ne redémarre pas bien, sûr Recalbox????!!!!

Les encodeurs 2 joueurs doivent avoir :
un câblage identique
il faut uniquement configurer le joueur 1 dans Emulationstation !
Fournir l'archive de support si le joueur 2 ne fonctionne pas.

have a look at https://github.com/recalbox/mk_arcade_joystick_rpi#loading-the-driver, i'm not sure recalbox has that feature. The parameters can be edited in the recalbox.conf. But you'd need Recalbox 4.1 at least. But I can't tell for sure we handle that for now

Finalement j'ai soudé deux pins pour raccorder mon bouton sur le "run", cela fonctionne bien pour allumer le raspberry lorsque celui-ci est éteint ou faire un reset violent lorsqu'il est en fonctionnement (sans script).

Il est aussi possible de configurer un bouton sur les autres GPIO, cependant pour allumer le boitier il faut impérativement le pin 05, par contre si l'on veut juste un bouton de reset / arret ou autre n'importe quel pin peut fonctionner avec le script adéquat.

@Alex-Na There is a version of the kernel module that supports reconfiguring GPIO pins functionnality. But I'm afraid you should compile it by yourself or ask @ian57

As @Substring said, in RB 4.0 the custom pin config is not yet implemented. You'll need to recompile the mk_arcade_joystick_hotkey module in its last release to get this feature.

Tu peux par exemple utiliser mk_gpio_args=map=1 pour n'avoir qu'une manette de connectée. mk_gpio_args=map=1,2 est commenté mais c'est bien 2 manettes qui sont connectées par defaut.
