without having changed any settings, and using the "info" button on the tv I can see the recalbox main menu displaying at 640x480, progressive, 60Hz, 4:3 aspect.

i can launch the game "Ura**s" on GBA. this game came preinstalled. it displays at 1920x1080, 30hZ, 1:9 aspect.

but now i have tried several games on different systems and they all work so far. all displaying with the same settings as mentioned above.

the only thing i have done is change the tv setting "auto aspect". it was annoying that every time the tv changed video, it tried to adjust the aspect ratio. so i finally disabled that. i tried games with that tv setting on and off and it worked consistently.

the global.videomode=CEA 5HDMI
global.ratio=auto

I really appreciate everyone trying to assist. but everything seems to be working fine and I have no idea why.

@damien-svanberg I've seen in another topic, substring assert that "you need to use an old version of noobs like 2.4. Recalbox is temporily removed from NOOBS because of hardware compatibility and recalbox using too old "drivers", so to say"

thanks for your reply. Only in the first I were accidentaly using WiFi. Somehow the Cable was not recognized. As I restarted, I plugged in the cable and the actual one have cable.

The config is filled with network. I can see it in the cfg when writing the comment.

But I type above commands for nfs or smb and nothing is showing, no reaction and still my games are not loaded from the nas.

The post 2 hours earlier was already with newest version. I donwloaded it from the HP and installed it. This log is from newest version too.

@djmatrix-hu3 you need to stop/kill ES before adding your new gamelist and then restart Recalbox

This is what my teacher recommended , which can burn iOS file to USB/DVD/CD.
