@substring problem solved 🙂 after a reboot I just had to hold down the "home + x" buttons. classical user error 🙂 but, thank you for your helpfulness 🙂

My gamepad seems to work properly with jstest.

@oyyodams yes indeed but the one I got came with the new switch support packaging and last firmware from factory, so it seems very recent, maybe there's a new BT chip or something new hardware wise that triggers that PIN code request, well anyway it's "fixed" but new owners may come across this issue too.

@chiky for now there is no.solution but to either disable bt on ps3 pads or patch the kernel

@andré-alcover-rodrigues so you have a SEMICO USB keyboard. It has 2 possible events. You should start evtest and test bith to see which one is responding when you're typing on it. Write down its name, and find to which /dev/input/by-id it corresponds to

Next, in the moonlight.conf, simply add that /dev/inout/by-id/blablabla that worked

i just found out that the Encodeur works in the N64 Emulator. But still not in the other ones. Any ideas?

Also, I don"t understand why in your configuration sharedevice is on ANYEXTERNAL if you don't use any external USB drive. You should set it on INTERNAL.

In the archive you've sent, I can't see any clue of your controller. That's why I had doubts about a drive issue.

@eightkiller Stupid me : you can make things almost automatic with no editing. Just add a <system name>.cfginside ~/configs/retroarchand the file will be automatically loaded. For example : ~/configs/retroarch/snes.cfg

@DCLAIRAC Ignore the above is sorted the wiring will test and post my feedback. Is much simpler than both of us thought I believe, if we understand the micro switch schematic NC (normal closed) vs NO (normal open)tells you everything.
