@ivoson If you don't know how to access Recalbox via network:

If you know, transferred and it didn't work, then most likely the problem is the emulators version that must be different. If that's the problem, there's nothing you can do.

(I did put some roms in there before doing that. Through 2 ethernet cables in modem, connected to raspberry pi & win 10 laptop, using the "recalbox manager" web browser 192.168.0.11)

@paradadf if he meant "unload the roms from the usb key to the sd", then nope there is no easy way for that

I just installed a theme (same thing for roms) from smartphone without boring wifi hotspot or anything, just use android and ES explorer, as previously answered.

@joinski Someone in this forum uses  "DiskInternals Linux Reader" for Windows. I tried it out, but you only can read from SD. If you only want to copy from SD it is the perfect solution.
