@giubbe-de-giubbix hese are dead zones problem, and as of now, there is no way to manage deadzones on recalbox... so i's unsolvable for the time beeing

salut @Sim7b , pour ma part, pb de disque dur en fin de vie.

L'OS me sortait des erreur I/O dans le fichier var/log/messages

et il faut savoir que le / (qui contient les logs) n'a que 1.7 Go de dispo, et avec une fraiche install c'est 62% déjà utilisé de base.

Donc mon / est devenu full avec les logs du système.

Tente une réinstallation complète, puis au moment de la copie tu check les logs, via

tail -f /var/logs/message

Moi je l'ai pas vue tout de suite, car c'est le système qui choisi le secteur du disque ou sera copié la donnée.

Incase this helps anyone in the future i gave up with Recalbox and installed LAKKA Retroarch onto a USB stick, this works perfectly and i had no issues with screen resoltions.

Its a shame as i was hoping that it could solve it using Recalbox but hey, at least my retro project can continue 🙂👍

Adding this to your CFG controller file should fix the problem:

input_l_y_minus_axis = "-1"
input_l_x_plus_axis = "+0"
input_l_y_plus_axis = "+1"
input_l_x_minus_axis = "-0"

I guess that, someday, you found yourself inside the mame menu and cjanged some keys ... Or you've forced a conf file in recalbox.conf ?

...oh and I should have possibly added that I'm connecting the RPi to the monitor (Acer X193W) using a HDMI -> VGA cable.

@tavernylol2-tavernylol i'd remove the mupen64 folder in share\system\configs, reboot, and try again

it needs an update of the mame2003 core. Will happen at least in 4.1

I don't really get what you mean. L3 and R3 are buttons, not triggers. Only L2 and R2 can eventually be triggers, depending on the pads. Easy to notice : when you map triggers in ES, they are marked as Axis, not buttons. The analog joysticks are handled, no problem with that.

I'm sure i didn't answer your question 😮 but recalbox handles everything itself : hats, buttons and triggers/axis, and sets the emulatir up accordingly.
