This is the only game that I am having this issue. Other Snes games are working well.

Most likely you are using a faulty ROM (despite apparently being functional), have you already tested it with another ROM from the same game?
The other options I can think of are:

A problem with the gamelist - the game is not being recognized as Super Mario by retroachievements. A problem with the save (less likely).

rubenry, utiliza el rom super mario world pal o europeo. El americano da problemas, sobre todo de sonido

Son controles bluetooth? si es sí, es por eso la demora. Si son originales deben funcionar mejor

those game ar supported respectively from the 0.150 and 0.142, so no way they run on recalbox (mame recalbox is 0.78)

Select the game in ES Hit SELECT EDIT META DATA Change emulator to libretro choose any other core instead of snes9x

Tentei mexer nisso, mas nesse retroarch tem tantas opções, ai achei mais fácil alterar o emulador como indicado pelo colega acima, mas de qualquer forma obrigado pela dica.

Hello oui c'est un problème connu de l'émulateur pocketsnes. Pas de solution miracle, il faut que ce bug soit résolu upstream. En attendant soit switch de manette soit passer sur un autre core comme tu as fait.

Ein anderer Weg wäre, via RetroArch den SNES Multitap zu deaktivieren.

Spiel starten Hotkey + B drücken Quick Settings auswählen Input Settings Player 2 (Multitap) auf normalen Controller umstellen RetroArch verlassen

Das natürlich nur, wenn Du einen anderen Emulator, als PocketSNES benutzen willst.
