I did figure out what happened. In advanced emulator configurations I could change to use Genesis-Plus-GX for both Mega Drive and Master system.

My games that were crapping at runtime now runs smooth on my Rpi 3.

I didn't know it came bundle in the factory Recalbox 6.0 image.

Le probleme est le core lui meme et non un probleme recalbox.
Le pc existe aussi sur Pc avec retroarch standalone.
Une issue a ete ouvert poir obtenir

@kevinhusson1 Salut, quellle version de recalbox (stable ou beta) ? Sur quelle machine ?
Je viens de testé sur RPI3 version stable avec l'émulateur "Genesisplusgx", aucun problème.

@underwoll estoy sin Raspberry hace algun tiempo, o sea que no puedo decirte si me paso lo mismo.
