I can't hardly say what the issue was. We lost power for about an hour and when it came back I was able to boot and connect like there never was an issue.
I'd suggest rebooting your router if you have a similar issue and if that doesn't work reboot your PC.
@floore we stopped supporting bin only files since most people don't understand formats and how .bin/.cue files work, and would complain that soundtracks were missing
@quemandoacromo@Dragu and I and others tested a lot if games (more than 1000 for me) and they are a lot of problems, and Windows, Mac or Linux got nothing to do with Recalbox
On parameters, all i can select on plugin is "glide64MK2". There's not gliden64.so on /usr/lib/mupen64plus and since its a read-only system, i can't rename it either.
I was trying to search the line where the plugin is called (with grep) but without luck. Also the scripts in /recalbox/scripts can't be modified.
@gaetan The sound glitches were the most noticeable. It was a weird crackling. Sadly I only have three DC games on the system (Souldcalibur, MvC2 and Virtua Tennis). VT had graphic glitched on both settings and MvC2 produced blank vertical lines through the sprites when they moved to the right side of the screen in CEA. It was a weird effect (and only on some sprites... A wild guess is that they used textures over flat 3D models instead of sprite hardware here, but that's really just speculation.
Probably you should try first if there's any output from VGA only (no HDMI adapter). Maybe with a monitor or other tv if you can.
Also, try to stop ES via SSH with "/etc/init.d/S31emulatiostation stop" and start ES with "startx". See the verbose if there's any info about resolution or something.
