@rpvmlvol you can try it for yourself, it is probably faster. Anyway, the next version should be much more compatible in general with all kinds of pcs.

Thanks for the link but it looks like the files need to be uncompressed first. The batch file will help as far as automating the process once everything is uncompressed. I think I’ll transfer everything to my 2tb nvme drive first to make this going even faster.

@Juvava not sure how good is that working on 6.1.1, but puae has gotten many improvements in the last couple of months regarding multi-disc support (m3u support among others) so I‘d recommend you to wait a bit and test it again soon.

@barbudo Dentro de la carpeta ATARI2600 hay un archivo readm.txt, que dice qué formatos son compatibles, debe usar un formato no reconocido. Por ejemplo, algunos núcleos aceptan archivos comprimidos en .zip y otros no, así que tal vez sea eso. Además, ningún núcleo admite la compresión .rar.

Hey, kein Problem. Ich habe kein anderes Theme installiert, nein. An den Konfigurationen habe ich auch nicht rumgeschraubt. Ich probiere mal einige Dinge aus und halte dich / euch auf dem laufenden. Vielleicht komme ich ja drauf. Dachte nur, es wäre vllt ein bekanntes Problem. Scheint aber halt auch nicht bei allen MAME-Spielen zu funktionieren. Aber das sind ausgerechnet die beiden Spiele, die ich als Kind im Italien-Familienurlaub bis zum Erbrechen gezockt habe. Immerhin funktioniert es ja mit dem Workaround. Auch wenn nervig. Aber einfach kann ja jeder ;-)!

I formatted my SD card, flashed recalbox onto it again, added my roms (without scraped images), and neo-geo is working again fine.

Is there anyway scraping the images caused this? It seemed to change the metadata - it's just I'm fearful of scraping for images now in case it happens again.

I realise this is a pretty lame/vague problem - apologies.
