In case someone ever asks the same question, the answer is
Hotkey+
A = Reset X = Load SaveState Y = Save SaveState
DPAD UP = INCREMENT SAVESTATE SLOT DPAD RIGHT = FAST FORWARD L1 = SCREEN CAPTURE
