FYI, there is a typo on line 8. The id should be 13, not 1. The volume up button did not work until I changed the value.
So far, all else seems to work as it should.
After 3 more hours of testing I found the right config file. It works now.

@solo-ripper given you have the right bios, chrck the game isn‘t protected (it doesn‘t need .sbi files along the rom).
I have the same problem But... Formating without the "quick format" didn't solved my problem...
