this game has a chip, so it's a pain in the a** to emulate. it need to be patched, or some decrypted file along the rom file on pc, don't know for recalbox.

@boxcarpilot Did you put a custom music? I had not understood that (probably because the translator was not perfect).
Considering this, the problem is in custom music, read the Wiki:

Solved it seems universal scraper wasn't properly killing ES, after using /etc/init.d/S31emulationstation stop, I was able to scrape just fine

@boxcarpilot now it is working. I've done a fresh installation after downloading the full image.
I guess the problem is noobs.

SELECT+B / Quick menu / Options / Diagnostic Input : HOLD START /
Save on exit > on
Launch FBA, hold start few seconds

@boxcarpilot AFAIR it's very easy, like add vendorid productid and device name in an enum
But you need to compile recalbox to test 😄
