4:3 overlays are great for portable systems like gb, gbc, gba, etc.. on a 4:3 Screen.
Maybe one of the external Scraper can scrape these Overlays.
I am using Skraper, and this option is not included for now, but w.i.p.
Otherwise, if you reach level 21 on ScreenScraper , you can directly download Medias yourself from ScreenScraper Website.

i would say its not an amiberry issue itself, i am 99% sure.
