Hi
Just bought a brand new Raspberry Pi hoping to install recalbox on it.
Didnt check before and here I am... having a non-working installation with lightning bolt on screen. How can I follow progression on this topic ?
Is there an issue on gitlab I can "follow" to get notifications ? Or should I create it ?I think @Substring mentionned a working solution on his computer (but couldnt release it for now).
Is there a branch on gitlab I can build to try it ? -
-
@gtsbaka keep an eye on the blog and any new release... it will be mentioned there. You can follow this topic too.

Hi...i am a new user here. As per my knowledge it seems like it's barely more powerful than the Pi 3. Exact same GPU and Ram type and speed. No changes. WiFi and ethernet is supposed to be better but this changes nothing on actual performance. Only the CPU speed is slightly better at 1.4GHZ but, having played around in overclocking Pi 3 to 1.37Ghz in Recalbox.

@CoraDias
What excites me about the new +
*Thermal throttling doesn't kick in as aggressively - and with mild cooling not at all.
*We have yet to see what kind of stable overclock levels (not just CPU) folks can eek outta the board.
*'better' BT, wifi, ethernet -
Edit admin : You're in the Recalbox forum not the other one, respect that please

@Navik Next time I'll not be peaceful, we have large community of users of recalbox and we can't release our image of the 3B+ without an upgrade of our CI/download servers.
Be happy with the others distro, but your troll aren't welcome here.
