You can rotate a game inside Retroarch options.

If you want a persistant setting, create a lynx folder inside the\\RECALBOX\share\system\configs\retroarch and there you add a file per ##exact## rom name (i.e. with the extension). In that file, just add video_rotation = 1 (or 3, it's n x 90° clockwise)
