Va dans retroarch, option et change la langue.
Pour exemple je vais prendre le jeux scarface qui en version EU et multi langue. Si tu ne change pas la langue dans retroarch il démarre en anglais, en changeant la langue en french il démarre en français. Voilà j'espère que ma réponse aura pu t'aider.

@BlackCrow666 almeno dualcore 4 processi o 4 core 4 processi (i5 terza generazione 2.5ghz o amd fx) ovviamente meglio se attorno ai 2.5/3 ghz.
Che io sappia per la ps2 era raccomandato qualche anno fa minimo una gtx 750 ma alcuni giochi per esempio di auto sarebbe meglio almeno una 780 o una r9 280
Mentre psx senza ps2 puoi tranquillamente stare un po più basso.
Se usi un vecchio imac 2011 o MacBook 2012 in boot option il limite è psx
