@acris Thanks for answering, but I think that it is not a Recalbox problem because when i plug a mobile charger as a power supply to my raspi it boots normally. Furthermore, this boot screen appears if I try to boot NOOBS too.

Juste remove all overclock settings, it's hardly worth on pi3

problem is solved! i was using before ane noname SNES controller from ebay for 6 bucks. i have replaced them with an ibuffalo SNES controller and its working fine now !!!!
