[SOLVED]64 not working - doesn't matter which rom

i am using recalboxOS 4.0.0-beta3 on my raspberry pi 3. SNES, PSX (with bios) etc working flawless, but n64 is not working. when i start an n64 game it takes about 1-2 seconds and i am back in the games list. no error is popping up. nothing. i have tried 10 different roms so far and no one is working. L and R buttons are configured and i have tried without success these videomodes as well: n64.videomode=default n64.videomode=DMT 9 HDMI n64.videomode=DMT 4 HDMI is there any errorlog or something, where i can find what the problem is?

problem is solved! i was using before ane noname SNES controller from ebay for 6 bucks. i have replaced them with an ibuffalo SNES controller and its working fine now !!!!
