Hi, no you cannot. The bartop configuration has been added especially to remove this kind of options. You can activate the default menu to configure your controllers and set back the bartop menu when you have everything configured.

ok, i found a solution to get this work i have add all binirys are found in openelec i have packed it and uploaded copy the files and add chmod 755 to all files insert bin and sbin now use the tutorial and have fun https://github.com/recalbox/recalbox-os/wiki/Infra-red-remote-control-on-the-Recalbox-(EN) regards xheen908

No problem the only thing that could happen is slowdown in games (if you see it during games)

Thanks for helping me out i must have missed it. is there any other fine tuning possible for PSX? Like GPU settings?

I've tried both mario kart and mario 64, I thought maybe it was the tv so i changed the screen settings to CRT screen on recalbox configuration to see if that would change anything, this did not work.. Not sure what else i can do

Hello, recalbox is a full OS, specific to the rpi, not only a software or frontend. So you can't use it on an other hardware than the raspberry pi.
