It could be possible to add a switch in recalbox to show only clean names for roms without the region. But that means you cannot differentiate the same game from two regions. If it's still a feature request, maybe you can open an Issue on github : https://github.com/recalbox/recalbox-os/issues

Le menu avec la liste des jeux ? C'est surement dans le xml général. Après j'ai pas regardé pour la changer sur mon thème donc je ne sais pas.

Essaye de voir toutes les couleurs que tu as dans le fichier et tu compares avec le site http://www.code-couleur.com.

Il ne doit pas avoir 50 codes différents.

Par contre faire passer un élément au premier plan ou en arrière plan j'ai pas encore trouvé

I only try with pi images.
Here is a board compatibility list (im not sure it is up to date)

But for pc you write the image on an USB device (HDD boot not yet).
Start your PC and boot from USB device.
Also i don´t know about hard- or software support, sorry.

A little pain to set... but if you use the main emulator as source (the plataform which has the majority of the games) the process will not take that long.
The Street Fight 'series' for example:
The M.A.M.E. is the main platform - i just added the FBA LibRetro (for CPS3 games) and PSX (for some Vs games).
