      Ich würde nicht zuviel Hoffnung in den Pi4 legen.
      Kauf dir lieber nen gebrauchten Intel NUC mit i3 oder i5 aus einer älteren Generation (sollte man schon für unter 100€ bekommen). Damit hast du dann ne gute Performance bei Dreamcast, PSP und ggf. Gamecube.

      das ist nicht möglich, reicast unterstützt nur .cdi , .gdi und .chd Dateiendungen.
