Does Recalbox work with the 7" Raspi Screen ?

No you can't. The 7" screen (as the 5") needs specifc configuration in config.txt file since it does not embed a scaler chip. You need to fix the resolution in the config.txt file to make it work.

So if you do that, you will have the same resolution on your TV screen.
