Solved Start Emulator with Rom over a script

Hello all

Is there any possible way to start a Emulator with path to an Rom?
I analyzed Configgen, but when i start the Commandline like i found in the log:

python /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/configgen/emulatorlauncher.pyc -p1index 0 -p1guid 030000005e0400008e02000014010000 -p1name "Microsoft X-Box 360 pad" -p1nbaxes 6 -p1devicepath /dev/input/event2 -system psx -rom /recalbox/share/roms/psx/Future\ Cop\ LAPD\ (German).img -emulator default -core default -ratio auto

nothing happens...
Is there a script like: startgame -emulator psx -rom /recalbox/share/roms/psx/Future\ Cop\ LAPD\ (German).img without define which Controllers?
A Script like the selection of a rom in the UI.

@lackyluuk he is using a new feature from 4.1 that replaces jstest so he gets every info he needs as arguments for emulatorlauncher.pyc
