Then, replace the actual X-Mas recalboxintro.mp4 splash-video with the one you've just downloaded (via winscp, or scp with a linux machine)
Folder is /recalbox/system/resources/splash/

Q: is it normal that the upgrade process is taking a lot of time? It is currently at 70% after 1.5h, hw rpi3, sam evo 10 sd.
