My Kodi works fine without internet, but the weather add-on does throw a non-critical error. Could be a Kodi add-on giving you an issue.

I'm failling to pair my XBOX one controller with a RPI4 as well. Using Recalbox 7.2 (version 8 does not work for me, black screen, seems not to boot). The controller shows up during BT devices discovery but the pairing fails.

I used retropie with xpadneo driver before, which worked well.

@davidb2111 Could we donate some money to buy a xbox one controller for a dev or I could lend my controller to a dev in europe / germany if this helps to get xpadneo implemented.
