Do you have multiple profiles in your Netflix account? When I used the Netflix addon about a year ago I always had issues with it syncing those because the addon changed or lost the 'default' profile every now and then. But this guide can help me with the issue.

Which core are you using?

My Kodi works fine without internet, but the weather add-on does throw a non-critical error. Could be a Kodi add-on giving you an issue.
