You can activate the "god-mode" and then you'll be able to select and remove roms, as well as the entries from the gamelist.xml.
You just have to give the path of the roms folder.

Yo he hecho exactamente lo mismo hace una semana con el romset FBA v0.2.97.42.
He utilizado un software que se llama simple arcade multifilter. Para ello seguí este tutorial

@jose-manuel-perez is it a compatible version with recalbox ? Have you tested ypur romset against the provided .dat files ?

@jose-manuel-perez amigo, creo que tu problema no es por la rom ni el emuladro en si, seguramente no tienes activado el mando 2 y por eso no te lo reconoce el juego, para activarlo ve a configuracion de mandos y en donde diga ENTRADA P1 Y ENTRADA P2 debes de tener reconocido o activado el control, si esa oprcion dice DEFAULT esa puede ser la cuasa por la que no te reconoce el segundo mando, activalos cuando los tengas conectados y quiza con eso resuelvas tu problema, me avisas si te funciono el consejo.......

Sad news this system not working with 3.0 version: Ok, I fixed the problem, doing the same as the post creator. You gonna need to replace  the .cfg file you just saved as retroarchcustom .cfg. For whatever reason the retroarch will alway load this file and not what you just saved. To do this you need to: 1. Download and install WinSCP 2. Get yourself connected to your recalbox (heres a tutorial in french, you can trasnlate it using google like I did, just care so you won’t traslate the username and password. https://github.com/digitalLumberjack/recalbox-os/wiki/acces-via-WinSCP-(FR)</p> 3. In WinSCP go to       /recalbox/configs/retroarch 4. You better do yourself a backpup of the retroarchcustom.cfg and save it on you pc. After that go on and delete it so you can rename the .cfg file you did inside the game when trying to configurate your controls. Rename it to retroarchcustom.cfg and it’s done. In my I renamed pocketsnes_libretro-1.cfg to retroarchcustom.cfg. Enjoy! , retroarch make a one new archive call retroarchcustom.cfg and  overwrite the last one. I cant maping the buttons of  my arcade machine now. you can help me?

mes enfants adorent construire, nul besoin d'une connexion sur le jeu complet sur le net.

J'ai trouvé par hasard ce site : minecraft - gratuit . fr , c'est peut être une version intégrable dans recalbox ?

For me it is working without a problem. I have the following config atm. When hdmi is connected at boot it uses hdmi If rca is connected at boot it uses rca. Just be sure to delete the noobs autogenerated settings at the bottom of the config file. For overscanning i just use the overscan option in the recalbox emulationstation settings. ---- disable_overscan=0 sdtv_mode=2 hdmi_group=1 hdmi_mode=16 #Overclock# gpu_mem=256 arm_freq=1100 sdram_freq=500 core_freq=500 over_voltage=5 temp_limit=75 ### kernel=zImage disable_overscan=0 overscan_scale=1
