Fixed it after all, with a little fiddling around the router's settings. Apparently, it had been conflicting with an older version. We changed ISPs recently, but the name was the same.
Actually, they ran before I updated, so the problem is probably what @rockaddicted said. Thanks for the post anyway (sorry for the double post. I wanted to make separate replies to both of you).
