Solved Tips and Suggestions Wanted

Hello Recalbox group & my favorite @Substring
I recently got a kickstarter called the Raspiboy which has a 320x240 pixel composite screen, and uses gpio audio.
Here's a forum post with the settings I am using http://forum.8bcraft.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1368
Is there any mods to the emulator software that you'd suggest to get the "best" performance on games (considering the screen size, ie: rendering to over 320x240 wouldn't make sense just to downscale again)? Or am I prefect as is? How about psx games, as some "kinda work" on the raspberry pi zero. What is it's default rendering size, and could I change this to eek out a bit more performance?
Thank you

@dh04000 what about this?

That's the same guide that is on the 8bcraft forum, that I followed. I was just curious if there was anything else that could be tuned.

@dh04000 by setting the global.videomode to default you are outputing to the screens resolution, so there is nothing else you can do.

@paradadf Great, thats what I wanted to know. Thank you, I'll mark this as solved.
EDIT: I can't figure out how to mark it.

@dh04000 eventually force progressive mode by adding
sdtv_progressive_scan=1
in the config.txt (something i've been discussing on IRC with @screech )That setting made the screen really blurry.

@dh04000 the screen just sucks ... Is it a pal or ntsc screen ?
