However, I only see the website in English. How to change the language? I thought this is done automatically?

Hi there,

finished translation to Ukrainian for the ES and the Manager. Will it be included in 4.1 release ?
Doesn't let me translate the website though (says "pending"), guess it needs to be approved first.
