SNEs usb controller doesn't work on most SNES games

Hi, I have configured SNES-like usb controllers and they don't work on most games of SNES. They seem to work on other systems (MegaDrive, NES...) and even in some SNES games but most of them do not work. Do you know what could be?

@carlos-lópez-de-toro from my point of view, I would reinstall Recalbox and give it a new try.
I really don't see a reason of this behaviour.
If you can't or don't want to reinstall, you can post a support archive here, waiting for one dev to help you.

Dear all, thank you for the help. Here you go the picture [ . It's a controller bought on Aliexpress or one of those places.

Castlevania works, Dragon Ball z 2 works, Final fight works, Sunser rider works... but at least all bomberman's I have don't work.

Like @acris was proposing, try other core in Snes, Hotkey + Select on game selection menu, emulator - Libretro core - snes9x_next.

Thanks! Snes9x worked, but it seems it's less performant, maybe tuning some option can improve it. Anyway, thank you! I am able to play now
