Solved Bios systems not working need help
-
As long as your MD5 hash is OK, bios will works.
You just need to have the correct typo whicht is requested : as exemple "dc_boot.bin" and not "DC-boot.bin" -
@russell-biering go to http://recalbox to check your bios
-
@ivwshane it while trying the psx it say missing bios file in yellow and runs the game perfect
-
@substring I've did this and have the correct bios. I did it with the Sega CD. I put every bios the md5 program and everyone the match it I but in my bios folder and it still didn't work and I have both my cue and bin of the game in the roms folder
-
@ivwshane tell me what I have to after I check the md5 and put it in my bios folder.
-
@russell-biering then drop roms, carefully read the readme.txt in each rom folder
-
@substring I've done this and it still does work. I got psx to work with one game and it has a cue and bin file. But when I do another game with a cue and two bin files that say track one and track two. I've got Sega CD to run but psx just doesn't work right. And don't get me started on the 3do I have the right bios that's on the wiki and md5 hash matches and it want play at all. And I read every read me for these two and they say you need iso. .cue . Bin and tried all
-
@russell-biering recalbox is case sensitive. If the cue files reference some unexistng bib files, it can't work. Make sure files are properly named (case sensitive ...)
-
@substring can you give me sample of what it should look like
-
@russell-biering you can google translate this page, it should tell you everything : https://forum.recalbox.com/topic/8891/a-lire-emulateur-psx
-
@russell-biering it's still not helping me could you give me a example if it
-
"but when I do another game with a cue and two bin files that say track one and track two."
I think here is the cause of your problem.
You need to convert the games with several .bin-files (track one, two and so on) to one .bin-file.
You can find several how to's for this when you seach with google or here in the forum. -
@joinski No you don't need to do that at all it is totally untrue

-
@voljega yes I have tried everything if I didn't I wouldn't be in here asking for help. But this is getting nowhere so thanks everyone that reply to my message
-
@russell-biering which game isn‘t starting? Give us the exact names of every file corresponding to that game and show us also the content of your .cue file.
-
It not just a game its every game I try that's a CD. I have the correct bios for all the systems that need them. Every systems work but the disk base systems. I've tried everything I look up videos and followed them and they don't work. All I want to know it how do I get them to work. I used winrar fo extract them and some give me one file and others give me a .cue and .bin. and they both are exactly the same. So please just tell me how to get them to work.
-
@russell-biering please andwer precisely @paradadf question with an example of non working game

@paradadf said in Bios systems not working need help:show us also the content of your .cue file.
For the nnnnnnth time, it is not enough that .cue and .bin are the same, as the link I asked you to follow a while ago teaches.
Please pay attention and try at least to read what we post to you, you're the one who needs help, not us.
