So sorry, but I don't really get what you did and why it was necessary compared to regular GPIO... but as I said I don't know much about taht.
Besides all links you provide are for retropie, and recalbox is not retropie...

If someone used the same setup goes through here, he might be able to help you, but I don't know more than that.

Bonjour et merci pour ta réponse rockaddicted, malheureusement j'ai du éteindre manuellement le raspberry heureusement sans soucis (à priori). Pour metal slug 3, j'ai lu quelque part qu'il y avait un pack de roms néo-géo avec tout les jeux et le bios, je l'ai donc pris et je verrai ce qu'il en est. Je vais faire un tour sur le irc pour voir ce qu'il s'en dit. Merci encore.
