List of Correct ROM extensions Available?

Is there a listing of the correct ROM extensions for the emulators in Recalbox?

I tried using my same roms from retro pie but some appear to be different.

Example: Recalbox does not like 7800 roms with .bin. Can i just change this to .A52?

Hi i found the read me test in each ROM file. Extensions are very picky with upper/lower case.

Regarding the SEGA CD ROMS, it says file must end with .CUE.

When I unzip a SEGA CD file I get a large .BIN file and a small .CUE.

What do i do with the .BIN file?

The bin file is the actual rom, the cue file is needed by the emulator to launch the rom properly.
Heavy files can't be uploaded through the web interface (if that is what you are doing). Try either WinSCP (on Windows) or samba to transfer the file. There are of course other options, everything is on the wiki.

@paradadf Yes I was trying to use the web browser (I forgot about the limit) to transfer the .BIN file . I will use SFTP.

Just curious, Why is there a 100MB transfer limit on web browsers?

@Everett999 the limit is actually about 500 mb, but nobody knows why... yet.
