RE: Shader Lag
@airdream Thanks I thought there was an issue somewhere. I had no issues years ago with older Pi”s and older versions of Recalbox.
I will try your suggestions.
Again I appreciate the reply. Thanks

Shader Lag
Is it normal to have shader lag on Pi 400 with the latest version of Recalbox? Mame, Megadrive, etc are laggy with shaders applied?
Ideally I’d use the Retro shader setting which applies the community selected shaders per system. First game I tried on Megadrive was laggy.
I read somewhere to make sure Rewind was unchecked, but this made no difference.

8BItDo SN30 PRO
My controller connects wirelessly, and configures the set up no issues. I struggle getting the hot key to work when using the controller wirelessly, but when using a wired connection I have no issues.
Any ideas? Could it be anything to do with the various configs the controller has for various devices?
Just not sure what I’m doing wrong for it not to work wirelessly

ZX Spectrum Emu LR Fuse 1.1.1
Good evening
Just a very quick query if someone can assist, is it possible to load ZX Spectrum Tape Images TZX, etc at normal speed? Disabling "Tape Fast Load" doesn't appear to have any effect. i.e all tapes still load instantly.
Thank you in advance! -
RE: Recalbox 18.03.30 is out!
@substring I see :-), so it should auto detect update next time!!
-
RE: Recalbox 18.03.30 is out!
@Substring Thanks for the update, for some reason it never auto detects for me, I updated via SSH Recalbox update script.
Huge thanks again for all the hard work!!!

RE: Raspberry Pi 3B+ (Plus) - Compatible?
@kazki true, thanks I’ll give it a whirl
-
RE: Raspberry Pi 3B+ (Plus) - Compatible?
@kazki agreed, how much longer does it take to load from USB? Twice as long, 3 times as long?, maybe I should try and find out for myself , yes the very thought of trying to get all the roms off my memory card, to do a new build for 3B+ when it’s available fills me with dread. Time to invest in a decent Nano USB memory stick!

RE: Pro Pinball Timeshock DosBox RPi3
Check out this video, https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=SVRoGyX37Kk I downloaded and works perfectly, sadly on Retropie, but goes to show that it can work perfectly

RE: Raspberry Pi 3B+ (Plus) - Compatible?
Same for me, New Pi 3B+, and new fresh install to go with it! I have this obsession that new installs are always better than upgrades! I have the same thinking when updating my IOS devices
Thanks for all the hard work guys, appreciated

RE: Problem of lag in Recalbox-next theme (18.03.16)
Yes, I noticed this also, but put it down to latency, let’s see what the devs say
-
RE: Recalbox 18.03.16 is out!
Thanks everyone.....looks amazing! can’t wait to try it out! And no more Xmas splash vid
Just waiting for my build to detect there is an update!
Managed to update through Putty and ran the upgrade script manualy

RE: Expand filesystem moving from 32Gb to 64GB micro SD
Yes as mentioned gparted does it, it’s Linux based software, I downloaded and wrote the image to memory stick, then changed my pc boot settings to boot from memory stick, runs gparted and you can drag the slider to free up the space on your micro SD, works a treat!, sadly there is no “expand filesystem” in Recalbox like Retropie! But Gparted does the job nicely
-
RE: Moving build from 32GB to 64GB Micro SD - no extra space - FIXED!
I Used Gparted on Windows, created a bootable USB gparted, set PC to boot from USB, then resized the Recalbox partition, I now have full use of my larger Micro SD

Moving build from 32GB to 64GB Micro SD - no extra space - FIXED!
[link text](link url)I was reaching full capacity and decided to clone my build using imsgeUSB, I created a Bin image, and re-wrote this to a new 64GB micro SD, in Recalbox the extra space is not showing, is there anyway to free up this?
I’m trying to avoid downloading a new install and transferring 32GB of roms via SSH

Expand filesystem moving from 32Gb to 64GB micro SD
My Recalbox build is reaching the capacity of my 32GB micro SD, I have taken an image using USB image writer in Bin format and re-written this to a new 64GB micro SD, how can I re over this extra memory since the build still shows reaching capacity in Recalbox settings.
