      weirdly enough,

      the last 2 times we played for about 2 hours each the fan did spin at speed to be able to hear it.
      which is weird because for about a week we played on 8.0.1 and every time it was high. maybe it fixed itself. not sure what happened there.

      1 - Is this a problem with the gamelist, would I recommend that you use external software to update your gamelists like Skraper or ARRM:

      2 - Unfortunately I'm not sure what that might be, I recommend you do a reset to factory settings (available through the advanced settings menu). This reset does not erase any personal information (keeps all games/BIOS/saves, etc), but it does delete all custom settings.

      This could come from a RetroArch change. They changed how to select the joystick/dpad following the original hardware.

      In RetroArch options, go to Input > Input User 1 Binds > User 1 Analog To Digital Type and play with this option.

      Network Problem solved.
      Incase someone else can not get access to the shared recalbox folder. Found solution online from
      link text

      Basically RUN>gpedit.msc>Administrative Templates>Network>Lanman Workstation>Enable insecure guest logons>enable.

      I am now able to see the network share.

      This had been killing me for a while with windows 10 LTSC. Hope this helps someone out.
