      Thanks paradadf, I worked it out, the file I want to edit is the config.txt not the recalboxconfig file as I thought. All I had to do was uncomment out the line about forcing HDMI safe. Once I did this, the system can now display on my HDMI port. yay!

      Bluetooth is not included in recalboxOS currently. you need a dongle. and it seems that ps4 is only compatible with USB , read https://github.com/recalbox/recalbox-os/wiki/Compatibility-(EN)
