I've wondered about this, too. But then, most of the development team is french, so I think this is understandable.
Once germans are the majority in the development team, we can also have Extrawürste. But until then, there's nothing we have to complain about

I had two problems with my bluetooth controllers, maybe the information is helpful for you.
The first problem was that I wasn't able to pair anything. This could be resolved by disabling bluetooth ertm mode. To do this, add
controllers.bluetooth.ertm=0
to recalbox.conf and reboot.
The second one was that one of my SF30 pro lost connection after some restarts in regular intervals, so I had to remove all controllers and repeat pairing all of them. This problem vanished when I removed and paired the controller from the command line. Also, a keyboard that would refuse to pair from the GUI could be made working by pairing via command line. I don't know the reason, but you might want to give it a try.
Es gab (wenn ich mich recht erinnere auf Discord) eine Aussage der Entwickler, dass man zwar derzeit die Manuals herunterladen kann, dass es aber keine Möglichkeit gibt, diese anzuzeigen.
Eine Anzeigemöglichkeit ist geplant, ein ETA wurde nicht genannt.
Alternativen sind mir nicht bekannt. Ich habe auch keinen PDF Reader oder ein anderes Programm gefunden, das PDFs anzeigen könnte.
Das erste was ich tun würde: In den Einstellungen "BIOS Check" aufrufen und bei Playstation nachschauen, welche ROMs fehlen oder falsch sind.
Unabhängig davon kann es natürlich immer sein, dass einige Spiele nicht laufen - es ist ja schliesslich ein Emulator, nicht die echte Hardware. Im Zweifelsfall würde ich dann nach "emulation" plus dem Namen des Spiels googeln um festzustellen, ob Probleme bekannt sind und welche möglichen Abhilfen es gibt.

Problem scheint der darunter liegende amiberry Emulator zu sein.
Du hast das CDTV spezifische Kickstart ROM? Die normalen Amiga ROMs reichen nicht.
Wie in den internationalen Foren und auf Discord zu lesen war, ist die Scraper Webseite derzeit down.
Da hilft wohl nur Geduld

Das war ein bekannter Fehler der Version 7.0.0 der in Version 7.0.1 behoben ist.
Im Gehäuse gibt es noch mehr USB Anschlüsse -> Gehäuse öffnen. Oder unten einen USB Hub anschliessen.
Sonst fällt mir leider nichts ein - tut mir Leid!
Hast Du mal probiert, den Controller neu zu konfigurieren? Dazu notfalls eine USB Tastatur anschliessen.

Here is a picture with the raspberry board removed. You can see the duplicate wires (original and new ones) from the USB connector board to the switch board, and from the switch board to the raspberry connector.

Rein technisch funktioniert so eine Verbindung auf der unteren Ebene. Problem ist aber, dass beide Seiten dann keine IP Adresse zugewiesen bekommen. Die Rechner hängen dann beide am selben LAN, können aber nicht miteinander reden.
Normalerweise gibt es im Netzwerk einen DHCP Server (DHCP = dynamic host configuration protocol). Der weist allen Rechnern im Netz ihre eigene IP Adresse zu, passt auf, dass keine doppelt vergeben ist, dass alle Adressen so sind, dass die Rechner miteinander reden können, und sagt den Rechnern wie sie in's Internet kommen. Das hat ein paar Nachteile, ist aber auch sehr praktisch. In Privathaushalten ist der Internet Router (Fritzbox o.ä.) fast immer auch DHCP Server.
Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit, IP Adressen manuell zu vergeben. Anhand Deiner Frage vermute ich, dass das eher zu kompliziert ist. Deshalb würde ich empfehlen, eine alte Fritzbox o.ä. als drittes Gerät anzuschliessen. D.h. beide Geräte an die LAN Anschlüsse der Fritzbox. Diese braucht keinen Internet-Zugang, macht aber von sich aus DHCP, d.h. wenn eine Fritzbox mit dabei ist, dann funktioniert die Adresskonfiguration automatisch. Ein Telekom-Router o.ä. geht natürlich auch. Danach steht dem Datenaustausch nichts mehr im Weg.
I had this problem too with a NESPi case (original one without '+') and a 2.5A power supply.
So I replaced the power supply by one with 3A - no change.
A direct connection of the power supply to the raspberry board resolved the issue so it was clear that the culprit is the NESPi case.
After some googling I added additional connections from the USB port to the on/off switch board and from the switch board to the raspberry board connector. This fixed the issue completely.
Because the existing connections were difficult to remove I decided to add additional ones in parallel. For the connection to the raspberry board, I added plug inserts and connected the parallel cables to other +5V and ground lines of the 40 pin connector.
It's about 20-30 minutes work if you're capable of soldering. Better than throwing away the case. Because the case - besides being crappy inside - looks very nice

I have serious problems with bluetooth in the new version. Which is a pity because I ordered two brand new bluetooth 8bitdo controllers that will arrive tomorrow 
I have a logitech K480 keyboard and a wireless XBox 360 controller. Both worked without problems on a raspi 3B running RB 6.1.1.
With RB 7.0 I'm no longer able to pair any of the two. For the XBox controller is says "pairing failed", for the keyboard it says "paired successfully" but the keyboard LED still blinks and the keyboard doesn't work.
I tested this with RB 7.0 on a raspberry 3B and on a 4 (2GB). The behavour is identical for both boards.
Any ideas?
